Refund Policy

Overview

This policy describes when and how you can request a refund for an ExecBro Pro subscription. ExecBro is operated by Ihor Zheludkov, an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Ukraine (see Terms of Service for full operator details). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record, who handles refund execution on our behalf.

1. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund of your ExecBro Pro subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase or of any subsequent renewal payment, for any reason. This window meets or exceeds the EU consumer cooling-off period and applies worldwide.

2. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund through either channel:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle and your card issuer or bank, typically 5–10 business days.

3. After the Refund Window

Outside the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Paddle customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refund is issued for the remaining unused portion of a paid period.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be refused if the subscription has been used in a manner that violates the Terms of Service (for example, sharing activation tokens, attempting to circumvent license validation, or abusive usage patterns). Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected by this policy.

5. Free Tier

The free tier of ExecBro is provided at no cost and is therefore not subject to this policy.
